2021 SavorNW Gold Award, 91 pts
The Wine Panel - 91pts in the $35-$35 category: "The 2009 Logan won the "Diamond of the Decade" 10 years after it was produced, and the 2016 release has all the components to be a contender in another 5 years. This blend of 63% Malbec and 31% Merlot with a touch of Syrah to round it off is spicy, big, and bold. Flavors range from chocolate with a hint of mint, along with ripe blackberry and toasted vanilla. The Logan is a solid blend with a creamy texture that finishes with enough fine tannins to see this wine winning another award for aging well in a few more years."
